Cancel order

Does anybody know how I go about cancelling an order I placed? I can't get through to customer services on the phone, the live chat is deactivated whilst lockdown is on and I'm stuck. Reason being, I applied 20% student discount to my new contract and it said it was eligible but doesn't seem to show up at all on my agreement that I'll be getting 20% off the monthly plan.
