Can you you upgrade over phone then pick up in store ?

Tomorrow is my upgrade date I was told I'll get the best deals over the phone then. Of I choose an upgrade could I pick up in store tomorrow or the day after ? I live in shared housing so would be easier.

Yes you can. Order online and opt for collect instore at checkout

Or by phone and tell CS you want to collect  instore.
