Hello,
I recently created an order for a new pay monthly phone, but O2 services were taking too long to process the order. I'm moving out of London in a couple of days, and the phone would have arrived by Click and Collect after my moving date. I was tasked by the live chat to cancel my previous order, and restart one with a Click and Collect location in my new city. I agreed, cancelled my order, and one day later, I received the refund of my upfront payment. Following this (today), I tried to remake the same order with the same information as the first (which had gone through), and its rejects me right before making the upfront payment. The screen says "I do not meet the minimum level required for the credit check". I do not understand why it suddenly doesn't work, as my previous order was cancelled and my information is the same as the previous order.
Solved! Go to Solution.

2 credit checks in quick succession, probably - happens also when buying phone contracts for family members at the same time, sadly.
You will need to contact O2 Sales Management again to get them to tie the original credit check in with the second order, @Dialife23 - call on 0800 081 0255 or contact O2 Social Media team, links just below this post. Good luck!
