Good morning,

I have tried to pay my bill amount of £67 this morning. It’s let me pay part of it but won’t let me pay the other part of it and it’s now saying I owe the full amount outstanding which is £800. I cannot afford that but you’ve also cut me off so I cannot contact you. What am I supposed to do about this? How do you expect me to ring and discuss this when you’ve cut me off?

You could borrow another phone @Nicolejanette to call 0344 809 0202, or 0800 902 0217 (which is the payment management team).

You should also be able to call using Skype on 0800 902 0217.

You could contact customer services via social media too, but if you need to pay a bill it would be best to call.

Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
