Ported a number from an O2 business iphone to a different O2 pay monthly iphone. Number Swap seemed to go ok, original SIM stopped working in business phone, but new SIM won’t connect to O2 in new phone . Put new SIM back in old phone, picks up O2 and works as it should using the correct ported number. New phone unlocked to all networks so can’t understand why it won’t connect if the SIM is live and works in old phone. Any suggestions ?

It would suggest a fault or bar on the new phone.
Best to get it checked by Apple.
