If you have not installed and toggled findmyiphone on then no.

It's likely the finder has turned it off and removed the SIM card by now too.

If you synced and made back ups to iCloud or iTunes then your texts may be there when you reset your iPhone up and download from the back up.

You can remotely trigger the GPS and work the position of telephone to the nearest beacon. Somebody in technical support can do this for you. I hope you kept your phone identification information so you can fast track it's recovery.

Did you not have the"Find My Friends" App installed or I remember something about "Find My Phone" in iCloud. 

 

Yup, just checked iCloud and you can use "Find my iPhone" to track your phone...so long as it has a signal.
