I have sent various e mails regarding a complaint at one of the London 02 shops. To date I have not received an acknowledgement or a response. How do you expect staff at 02 to ensure they given the appropriate support if the complaints department do not even respond to your e mails. Can anyone give me an e mail or phone number who I should contact. There is no consideration whether you have been an 02 company for many years, all they are interested is selling contacts, etc. A disgrunted customer Pippa
