CANT MAKE OR RECEIVE CALLS

Can't make or receive calls reset phone 10 times and still hasn't  slove the problem

There was a network problem supposedly fixed.

We’re aware some customers experienced issues with voice calls this morning and our technical teams have now restored service. My calls still aren't working. I followed all of their suggested protocols but still nothing. Even tried my SIM in another O2 phone and nothing
