Hi,
I’ve Purchased an iPhone 13 pro max - did the order online but the phone was out of stock, called the call centre asked if i could change my order to an in-store one was told I’d need to cancel the open order to do that. I told the agent to just leave it and I’ll wait for my phone to arrive…called back a few days later and the order had been cancelled.
the new agent apologised, went through some new deals and ordered me a new phone. My phone arrived the following day, it had been working in the morning but has now been barred pending a fraud investigation? Been in store provided my ID Etc, no one knows? I’m confused, not done anything wrong at all…original order messed up by o2 staff.
Not happy to be paying for a service I cannot use.
