Solved: Blocked phone unavailable to make mobile purchases

So basically I contacted o2 and they changed my bill date but come to the time they didn’t change it and i think my phone is blocked from making mobile purchases and I don’t have a cap, any suggestions?

Thank you, I’ve tried too but they’re only accepting important calls such as upgrading phones or leaving o2.
