I lost my phone on friday night and got it blocked by 02. I have just picked it up from the ploice station, how do i get 02 to unblock my phone?

Just ring customer service on the contact us link below. Once you have passed security they will unblock the phone for you. It does take a few days for a phone unlock and you will need the IMEI number.
