You have blocked my phone following a garbled phone call.
I am waiting for a replacement Sim card as per your e-mails recently.
Can you please unblock the phone and tell me if you are sending my new sim card .

Standard procedure when a replacement SIM is sent out these days, @RB_78CV - a stoopid idea that O2 have made policy 🤦
This is why community members always recommend customers visit an O2 Shop, with photo id, for any SIM replacement or query.
Good luck, Royal Mail should have the replacement with you in about 3 to 5 working days. So it goes with VMO2 🤷
