Black Friday Samsung tab deal

Has anyone had success claiming the black Friday tablet offer? After hours spent on to o2 to be told it's not them dealing with the claims to then finding an online form that says my imei is wrong even though it's right and speaking to Samsung I'm having no joy with my claim. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks that's the link I've used but they don't seem to reply to emails or acknowledge they've received it and give you a timescale. When I spoke to Samsung they advised it'd been outsourced and they'd had a lot of calls off o2 customers having same issue. Will give it another few days then try again. Ty

Hi @Anonymous Just seen this. Remember... these places 'may' close for 2 weeks over the Christmas and New Year period .....I know it's all meant to be automated but system glitches probably need human intervention to correct...
