Hi there,
I recently moved my number from O2 to EE and closed down my services with O2. I was paying a monthly fee on a sun only deal. I have just received a bill for over £300 and am shocked that you are charging me this for leaving. Can you please tell me why I am being charged this? I was an O2 customer for over 15 years and feel this is unjust. My account number is/was ************. My name is Rupert

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
