I paid the bill yesterday and u have cut my phone off

If your bill was late then that's why you have been cut off.

You need to borrow a phone to call payment management

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217 or 0800 032 5302

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Can take up to a week for payment to clear and service to be restored, @Mggrimes - use Direct Debit is the best way to ensure payments are kept in sync.
