Can’t afford bill with isolation through government order.. cut off by o2 an can’t get in touch with anyone .. no contact to family .. thanks o2 after 12years of being a paid customer

Tried this number all today same result .. takes you in circles and requires payment .. which I can’t afford at present due to everyone’s circumstances.. been a loyal customer 12 years but I’ll look to moving on after this is over

@Wainy Best time to try is 8 am. The number you're calling should not be asking for payment. It's for the many people who find themselves in the same situation as yourself. I'm fairly certain that every network's customer service system is overwhelmed at this point.
