Bill is well over the amount

My bank have a direct debit set up with yourselves at £76.20. When my agreed monthly payment is £56.76. I would like to discuss why this is and change my plan as i ament happy about paying all of this

A direct debit is not a fixed amount.

O2 will notify you of your bill 14 days in advance of when payment is due and this amount is then taken by direct debit.

If your bil is higher than expected, you need to check your MyO2 for what the extra charges are and see this guide for what is and isn't included in your tariff Guide: Your Allowances - what is and isn't included

If this is your first bill then it might be covering more than 1 month (hence the higher charge).
