Bill Payment

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi,

I have recieved a text message from O2 saying my payment for my monthly bill is over due. I have tried to go onto my account to pay it but it says there is an error. I went onto my banking to see if it was due to how much money I have on my card, but when I viewed my bank statement I can see that this amount was paid on the 18th October and it was then returned back to me by O2 on the same day and I am not sure why this is?

I am also being charged a late payment fee for this even though it was returned to me?

Any help would be great!

Thanks,

Beth
