So I got an email from O2 regarding bills changings, Nothing is changing? Except how we collect the bill.
Yet the 1st bill after that email has increased 10% and my 40gb usage has decreased to 20gb?

Sounds like you have been moved from Legacy to new 360 billing system, it is a courtesy e-mail. Also came out if you were a Virgin mobile user, now switched to O2. The Change in Data should sort itself out when Volt kicks in Volt Megaguide but the 10% increase may be offset so that you are no worse off with O2 than you were with Virgin. Call O2 on 202 or contact them via Social Media, link just below, to get it checked, @1979Skelly
