Been Billed 12days early

Hi, can you pls let me know what’s going on as I can see a payment left my account yesterday and it states on bill not until 19/06/20. I don’t want to but if this isn’t sorted ASAP I will contact bank and stop all payments as this is t on!

If you have a query about payments you would need to call customer services.

I’ve just recently got my phone on the 3rd and meant to pay monthly and it says Bill arrives on the 3rd but a payment is due on the 18th of this month so they’ve took my money 16days early

When you start a contract with O2, and nearly every utility company, you pay a month in advance @DannyB13
