Auto Save Tariff Changes

Hi,

I have received a letter from O2 to inform me that my contract (O2 Unlimited 24M 3GB) has come to an end and i will automatically be switched to the O2 Refresh Unlimited 3GB from next month. It's a cheaper tariff so all good! What it fails to offer me though is the extra 9GB a month bundle i had on the orginal tariff so my data allowance has been reduced from 12GB to 3GB.

I want to know if there is an O2 Refresh Unlimited tariff that offers more than 3GB, and what the cost would be. I would also want to understand my data usage in the last 12 months if that can be done?

See the tariffs in Upgrades via My O2. Choose a cheap sim only £20 for 100gb.

Check your account on the my o2 website.
You will be able to see your old bills, which will tell you your usage.
You can also see what tariffs are available - currently there is an offer for 20Gb for £15 or 100Gb for £20.
