Hi iv had no mobile WiFi calls or messages on my account for around 38hrs now I have 6 devices on my account as our whole family use it I was 1st told it was a mast problem in our area but iv now been told your account has been restricted with Arbitrage Bar which I don’t understand can someone help please iv been a customer over 15yrs with virgin before you joined & this has never happened

Sounds like they renamed the "Bothway Bar" @Louisemck6 - take the advice given and contact O2 via Social Media.
