Apple Watch for Christmas - how to set it up for someone who has a business number??

Hello

I've bought my partner an Apple Watch for Christmas from the Apple store. The idea is that he then doesn't need his phone whilst he is out and we can still text and get hold of him (he never takes his mobile with him).

His iPhone is on a business number that his company pay for.  I would like to set up the watch so I pay for it monthly.  Any ideas on how best to do this?

To my knowledge O2 still don't do iPhone Cellular on Business account.

This was raised a couple of months back and I've not heard of a change
