Am I 5G?

Hi

I had a sim only deal which was £20PM for 100GB however I've now added a 5G handset to my account (upgrade). I'm now in a 15GB tariff.

Can anyone tell me if I'm likely to be a 5G tariff or if there is anything I particularly need to do if I wanted to achieve 5G?

You will need a 5G sim card, it's just a quick SIM swap, you can pop into store and they will sort it for you

You will need a 5G sim, you also have to check if your area is 5G enabled.

I've found a SIM card in with the new handset but it's not working. Do I need go to a store or can I activate it another way?
