You need to go to your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 and scroll down to "extras"
Choose Disney and wait for an email with an activation link.
Follow the link in email to avoid being charged for it.

I want to cancel subscription for Airtime. I don't seem to be using it anyway as I always carry my phone with me. I did not avail any apple watch. I'm on SIM only service and I added my existing apple watch series 5 for airtime but since I am not using it, i want to cancel it.
I have been trying to call 202 but i am not being connected to customer service representative. I have tried several times already. Please help.
I am seeing extra charges when i don't use it. When instructed to call to cancel it, no one is picking up or I'm not directed to customer service rep. This is unacceptable.

or advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
