Hi I pay my bill every month but wanting to get my partner a phone for his birthday and wanting to add another line but it says I have to have a credit check done then I always get declined! I thought it you add another line then I would be allowed another one can anyone help?

All new contracts require credit and affordability checks, no way around it unfortunately.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
