Hi there

i have a new phone sent without new SIM card on Thursday and on Tuesday old sim was not working anymore.

i have called you and you have sent me a new phone to O2  but it does not work

i cannot call or received calls or text with it is impossible for me to contact you and sort it out the problem

You need to go in store with photo ID for a new sim.
