Hello,
I have noticed on my credit report that i had a default account from O2 since January 2023.
I was very shocked and disappointed by this since I cancelled my account within the 14 day grace period, and even cancelled my Virgin media account as well in the same day
Virgin wasn’t able to provide the services therefore I cancelled both contracts immediately.
and what makes this even more frustrating is that the amount was 33£ that ruined my credit score over a 12 month period.
how can i get in touch with O2 about this? And fix this issue?
