I seem to have no services associated with my O2 account.
I have a business account with O2, but when I login to my account, there are no services associated to my account. As a result I am not able to check any if my bills online, nor do anything else online.
I spoke to the helpline and they helped my to change my password, which us not what I had asked for and it made no difference. I then used the chat line and the first guy who helped me reset my password again, which of course didn't help. Unfortunately he then disconnected the chat. I tried it a third time and the lady I chatted to finally decided that the problem had to do with using an iPad. Because of the missing flash player I could not access any services from an iPad. Hurray, I was glad she had an answer to the problem, however it was wrong. When I logged in on my PC I had of course still the same problem. No Services associated with my account.
What is wrong with this???

You need to ensure you are talking to business customer services and not just consumer customer services as the billing is not on the same system as o2 consumer customers so my o2 Consumer will not show Busimess customer informatrion

Are you with o2 business direct or through a partner ?
But calling on 8002 if direct is realy the only way I can see this being resolved .
