AKG headset

I bought a samsung tab s6 lite on 01/07/20 which were advertised with a free pair of AKG wireless headphones.

However, when I went to claim the AKG wirless headset on the samsung website the promotion had actually finished the day before 30/06/20. I therefore caan't make a cliam. Anyone else having this issue.

Trying to reach to 02 at the  moment is ardous at the moment.

If you bought a device after the promotion had ended then you are out of luck I'm afraid.

The dates of the claim were quite specific. Had you bought the device the day before then you would have been eligible. You were a day too late.

The promotion was running on the 02 website until 01/07/20 when I purchased them. I clicked on the link to purchase the tab / free akg ( ends today) window. Its 02 at fault here.

As I said,the promotion was run by Samsung. Unless you have a screenshot of the O2 site where it stated 1/7/20, then you are out of luck.

I'm not disputing what you said, I'm simply stating facts.

Samsung set the rules of the Promotion not o2, so i would be asking Samsung if they will accept a late claim.
