A21s Not Charging

I've only had my Samsung Galaxy A21s since November and as time has passed I've been having increasing difficulty with charging the battery. First the fast charge stopped, then I would have to restart the phone as it would be the only way for it recognize that the charger was connected and now it won't charge at all. I've tried a new charger with no luck so it's obviously the device itself that's the issue. I've tried to book a repair via Samsung's website but for some reason the A21s doesn't come up as an option even though it's still a phone they sell. I feel like I've exhausted all my options at this point.
Has anyone else experienced this that can offer any tips?

@Colin_

Have you checked the chrhe port for fluff or debris?

Use a cocktail stick to check it's clean.

You can also book a repair through O2.

Assuming it's just faulty, it will be covered by warranty.

You'll need to call customer service.
Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
