I just recently got off my insurance through O2 an oppo find X2 pro and my old sim didn't work in it. I got a new SIM 5g but I can't make phone calls and only says I have 3g.
I've reset network multiple times and turned phone on and off a number of times for the past 3 days with no results.

However I am able to use internet so I know the SIM is sort of working but very slow.

Help..

Try your sim in another phone and if it works, you have been sent a faulty phone which you'll need to return.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
