£20 for 20gb what’s the catch?

Signed up today for £20 for 20gb pm/12months , which includes free minutes and texts, billing came through this evening @£33 per month.....unable to get an answer as to why....Can anyone shed any light. Thanks!

Question resolved....o2 obviously got a little excited having me as a customer, billing had not been setup for the discount. The £20 pm will now kick in on month 2...for 12 months. 👍
