1month Sim only upgrade

I have a 30 day sim only, this is my 3rd month of having it.

When i took it out i was told i would need to wait 6months before upgrading to a phone.

On my account it says i am due for an upgrade, is this correct??

Simply phone 202 from your mobile to ask 02 Customer Services if your eligible.
