So I stupidly don’t check what size phone I upgraded to and I need to go bigger. I was going to exchange under the 14 day change of mind but it says to contact o2. How do we contact to exchange when their lines the only open at the one time for emergency?

Whatever you do, DON'T cancel the DD.
o2 have no hesitation in sending you to a debt recovery agency, which will wreck your credit score.
You just have to keep trying. Another community member got through this morning after calling just after 8am.

You could try with Skype if you have it
