Took out new Virgin Media account and declined the 02 phone with the package as partner already with 02 for three lines on contract. Never received sim as requested but to date I have been charged from my bank £229.78 over the past few months for what I am assuming is this as never had 02 personally before. Continuing to take £27.50 per month by looks of it for someone 1. Never received let alone used in this period. Cant seem to get to talk to anyone to get money back and get resolved as I have no account number or mobile number to quote.
