It doesn't appear possible on that phone unfortunately.
As it's not Android you can't use any normal Google apps either.

The only thing I can suggest is a search for apps for Symbian 40 devices.
If it's just one number being a nuisance or harassing you, report it to the Police.

@Anonymous Although you may like your phone and feel attached to it, the reality is that it's pretty out of date. You might want to consider upgrading to a newer phone with better features, like number blocking, which is a fairly standard feature on most new phones. 

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
