My balance amount on my Bundle has suddenly reduced by £2.50 for no apparent reason.

 

Any ideas, please?

I have dialled 4445 and received the answer.  I topped up £10, used £5 in May and £5 in June, then O2 credited my account with £2.50 bonus for some reason.

 

Strange, they couldn't tell me what the £2.50 credit was for, maybe some promotion that was current at the time.

 

Case closed.  Thank you.

Im afraid you will need to contact customer services on 4445 and the friendly guys and gals will be able to tell you.

You could go into your notifications where you would be tagged into a page by an o2 staff member.
