Hello I have been trying to buy a game in ps5 store and it won't let me I have spent over 150 recently through my phone credit is there a reason I can't use my other 209 credit in my phone

There are no spend caps on PAYG so the most likely reason is the store that you are buying from has limited your spend.

Contact PS directly to see where the issue is.
