Using my O2 abroad

Hi,

Currently I am in Turkey. I want to use my O2 mobile here but I don’t have access it here. Even I cannot use it through another Wifi connection. How can I use my mobile number here?

Not being able to connect via WiFi has nothing to do with O2. Check your phone's settings. Do you have WhatsApp installed?

You posted in PAYG. If that's the case I would forget using the phone other than the likes of WhatsApp over wifi
