Dear o2
My all bills was already paid over then month ago and my phone is still blocked I can't have any phone calls and incoming calls and messages
Please help and unlock my phone as soon as possible
Also I was trying to contact with you by the customer service but this is only waste my time also in chatting not working very well .
No one can't help me then I think to about change and finishing my contract with o2.

@Annamazur281 - This is a customer forum, nobody here can access your account. This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 0344 809 0202 or use the Payment Management number - 0800 902 0217 around 8am in the morning. Good luck!
