There appears to be something wrong with my PAYG account, can anyone suggest how to resolve?
It has credit (I can call 4444 and that works) and I can sign into MyO2 online, but the site simply shows:
”It looks like something's gone wrong
We're looking into it and hope to get it fixed soon.”
I’m actually just trying to generate a PAC code, but when texting 65075 I get no reply, and when calling 202 it sounds like a dead line.

4445nis customer services for PAYG, not 202.
However, there are known issues with logging in to MyO2 currently whilst we suspect, some updates are being done.

Yes, I texted 65075 a few times during the day and eventually it worked.
