I've got new phone I've tried to send text but it won't I've tried going into more setting 2 go to message center number I carnt find it any ideas please

Open messages, settings and type in the message centre number : 

Pay Monthly   +447802000332 

Pay & Go       +447802092035

It's a different method for each phone....but it definitely is in message settings

Have you got the correct sim for your account type?
Contract and PAYG are different with different message numbers stored in them.
