Good afternoon, I am really hoping you can help me. I've recently suffered severely with my mental health, having to leave work, go onto benefits etc. I have just got my new pay as you go sim today. Never used one before so followed instructions, then topped up my £10, it worked so I texted my husband to make Him aware. Only then after I realised I had been charged, I noticed I needed to swap my funds for a bundle. I am now 20p under my monthly allowance and can not afford another £10. Any advice would be appreciated, thank you.
