How do I start my tariff from today as I want to renew it and not have to pay for a bolt on as I need more data

You can't change the anniversary date of your Big Bundle tariff. You may get a 'very understanding, kind' advisor who would allow it but I very much doubt it..

However, buying a bolt on seems to be the only option.
