Signal not working

I’ve just bought out my contract and changed to a pay as you go sim. But I ain’t getting no signal, I’m positive I’ve activated the sim but still nothing. Can anyone help? Thank you

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

A PAYG sim will still give a signal even if not activated for calls etc.

Check it is inserted correctly and if no luck, pop in store with photo ID to get your phone and sim checked.

I done an ESIM not a physical sim so I don’t know what else it could be.

That's the problem then.

esim not available on PAYG.

You need to go in store for a physical sim.
