My call register shows an outgoing call to +448450810053. I did not make that call. How come?

A quick Google suggests it’s a dial up number for MVIVA Wap services. Something to do with Carphone Warehouse?

@Dealhouse5 This is an O2 customer to customer community. You need to speak to customer service. I suggest you call rather than use Live Chat. https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

You or someone must have made the call. There’s no way it can appear by itself.

Yeah, so not necessarily an actual phone call but it would be registered in the call log as the phone would have dialled it for the WAP service.

WAP, there's a blast from the past. Thought most networks had closed down their WAP services, tbh.

I remember having a zero-cost number for WAP on my Sony Ericsson T68i many moons ago.
