Solved: PAYG credit

I’ve received my PAYG sim for my daughters phone. I wanted to give her the ability call without the need of wifi if she’s at her friends. However she may not ever use the credit. As a result and I top up with £10, will she lose the £10 credit after a certain amounts of time?

Also if the phone (sim) has no credit can she still receive calls?

The credit buys a bundle which last 30 days.

You need to buy a new bundle wach month to be able to make calls and send texts.

Wifi can be used without credit to make whatsapp calls though.

Calls can still be received without credit or an active bundle.
