Hi, my friend has the same issue as (https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-As-You-Go/Pac-code-on-new-PAYG-sim-no-credit/td-p/1398574). She ported her number to an o2 pay as you go sim but realised her area has very little o2 network so she wants to get a PAC code from o2 without having to top up £10 (the minimum amount).

 

Is there anything you can do?
