Hey i checked my o2 rewards(both on site and via text/phonecall) and it says i have £19 ro save orclaim by the 30th september i have tried multiple times to claim said £19 over the past month and got hit with you havent topped up in the last quarter. This often happens right after i just topped up that day. I would like my £19 rewards please why wont it give it to me? I tried today to aim them (today is the 30th September which is the end date to claim my £19) and still got a "you have not topped up in a while" message

You need to ask O2.

Call them on 4445
